There is an alternative quest to get him I haven't figured out how to do it yet but when I do I will post it. :) But you need to fight "Dr. Fran Mothtein" At the top of the bridge in the prison de joaquin At the end of the prison... I'm sure somewhere on this forum it'll tell you where to get the key to get in but I'm not there yet. @_@ Cause I'm new but that'st he first part for it so far it might be the last I'll update if I ever get in xD :p!@_~! 2 out of 2 found this valuable. I have read somewhere that newer versions of GE allow you to get these NPCs without needing the Mysterious Powders. If this was what you're referring to, it hasn't come to our version yet.

Hmmm Thanx I guess I'm on the wrong site then. Was nice meeting you though. ^_^ I'm on the international hoped for other english speaking but few an far between so when I found this site I was like WOO HOO! BUT!
