Overall Chances of Upgrades
Feb 28 2008, 1:27 PM EST i think it would be better to list the overall chance to create a weapon from level 4 to level 10! Here the overall list: Level 5 : 50% every 2nd try Level 6 : 12,5% every 8th try Level 7 : 1,5% every 66th try Level 8 : 0,09% every 1111 try Level 9 : 0,0027% every 37.037 try Level 10: 0,000027% every 3.703.703 try this chances dont include the use of Accelerators and laquers 36 out of 41 found this valuable. Do you? |

Feb 29 2008, 4:40 PM EST yes its really simple to calculate this :D but i posted this in the hope that the guys G1 push up the chances a little... in germany you have a chance 1 to 9,8 mio to win in the lottery :D in Sword of the New World you nearly need the same "luck" to get a level 10 weapon... comeone that nearly impossible :D 2 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

Mar 3 2008, 9:59 AM EST +5 isn't every the 2nd try, at least that what's I think. I up +5 4 times continuos with 4 diffirent items and it broke all T_T (include 2 unquie weapon :(( ) can't believe it's 50%...badluck 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Mar 3 2008, 11:37 AM EST xD yeah you won't get a +5 weapon after the second try, the upgrade is based on a selection of numbers by the game itself. the numbers from 1 to 100 < those are the chances. 50% chance means that if the computer selects 1 of the 50 positive numbers in that scale the upgrade will be succesful; if the game selects 1 of the negative 50 numbers then the weapon will be destroyed. The enchant accelerators add positive numbers to the scale, so for an elite lvl 84 + 20 accelerators the positive numbers will be 1 to 99 and 1 number negative. =P Its a lot of bad luck if you break a weapon going from +4 to +5 with 20 accelerators lol 2 out of 2 found this valuable.
