How do I get him?
1. Talk to him in Auch. He will ask for a Possession Lightning stance book which can be bought from the Elementalist Master from the Master Room.
2. Next you will duel him. His level in the fight will depend on the levels of your characters you bring. If you bring high level characters, he will be a high level. Bring a low level character and you fight a lower level Vincent. I think his level will be based on your highest in the team. At low levels, he will hit for approximately 500 damage so bring lots of potions.
3. He will then ask for 20 Upgrade Accelerators before he gives you his card.

How to get his Serenade Stance Book
Quest - Serenade
Objective : Serenade Stance Book
Prerequisite : Veteran Vincent Rio with level 25 Minstrel
1. With Vincent as leader, talk to the Girl beside the stairway near the Item Dealer at City of Auch to initiate the quest.
2. Return with an Avocado Sandwich. (Available from Lisa at Port of Coimbra.)
3. Talk to Federigo. Take note of the password.
4. Move to the indicated event trigger location for an instanced mission involving combat with a group of lvl105 (52 AR/DR) mobs and a lvl110 (56 AR/DR) mini-boss.
5. Return to Federigo to receive a free Serenade Stance Book as reward. Additional Serenade Stance Books can be purchased at the cost of 3 Mysterious Powders each henceforth.

Quest Tips
1. Cost of two bundles of 10 Upgrade Accelerators: $8.50
2. Initially he will use Lightning bracelets. He will be able to use a Lute after Level 60.
3. While doing the Serenade stance quest, bring some Invisibility Potions or a Wizard with Invisible Stalker. This will make the battle much easier since they hit extremely hard.
