How to get:
Level requirement - 1

1. Talk to Soho. He will ask you to collect 25 Buffalo Horns. Travel to King's Garden and hunt Brown Buffalos (lvl 20). Once you're done, return to Soho.

Level requirement - 25

1. Talk to Soho. He will ask you to collect 10 Gargoyle's Wings. Travel to Tetra Ruins and hunt Winged Gargoyles (lvl 27).
2. Return to Soho to receive your Soho NPC Card.
