How to get:
Note: You have to complete the Rescue Knight UPC guide first.

Skeleton Waltz (level requirement 84)
1. Once you use the key, you will be surrounded by more Skeletons just like before.
2. Defeat them.
(Reward: access to Skeleton Dungeon)

Mysterious Altar (level requirement 84)
1. Talk to Romina.
2. Talk to the altar at the end of 1F of Skeleton Dungeon.
3. Collect 100 bone sariras.
(reward: access to 2F of Skeleton Dungeon)

The 2nd Altar
1. Talk to the altar at 2F of Skeleton Dungeon
2. You'll be asked to collect 150 bone sariras.
3. Defeat the skeletons of the dungeon until 150 bone items collected
4. Talk to the altar to proceed.

Montoro
1. The scene continues and you'll see a chat between Romina and Montoro.
2. Romina will subsequently lose to Montoro and Grenmah will come to her aid.
3. Your task is to aid the 2 NPCs in defeating Montoro. Just have Romina and Grenmah tank and attack from the back. Be sure to stay out of his attack range.
4. After the scene, proceed back to talk to Grenmah to complete the quest.
(Reward: EXP Card and Access to 3F Skull Dungeon)

Getting Romina
1. Defeat the Spinosaurus at Ustiur, Zona Cuatro to obtain it's skull.
(You need to defeat the Frozen Megalosaurus to access Zona Cuatro)
Note: You can also choose to buy a Spino's Skull from the market and it'll still work.
2. Talk to Romina and present the skull to her as memento.
3. You'll be asked if you want to fight her.
4. Defeat Romina to obtain her card.

Quest Tips

1. When you recieve the quest to collect more skeleton items (bone beads) from the second floor, it's possible to go back to the first floor to collect them. The collection process also goes significtly faster when your in a group.
   
2. When you get to fight her; If you have a wizard, use levitation and hit her with the other 2 characters while keeping her busy with the levi wiz. She won't be able to hit your wiz, and you will end the fight harmless.
3. Another tactic you can use if you have a wizard in your team is to use Reverse on Romina to give your team time to buff or res any fallen members. During the scene when your to fight Romina she'll have51 Attack level, 1504 Striking power, 51 Defense level, and 84 Defensive power, no added resistances, and a lot of hp.
4. She is beat able with lvl 87 character. I use Jack grace and scout it wasn't a hard fight just keep spaming skill and knock her down.
