What spawns: Jezebel Glen mobs, Porto Bello/Deck mobs, Escudo Perher, Merman Chieftain
minimum level: 52
note: one chest has about a 50% chance of containing the Trooper's Helm and a 50% chance of containing the Blacksmith Cap

What spawns: Dr. Torsche Mansion: Savage Garden/Reception Hall/Grand Library mobs, Victor
minimum level: 72
Note: Victors sometimes drop the Catherine Hips.
