When you click to extract the file it ask for the parts, to skip, just put all patch parts together in a folder with the main zip file.

How to manually install patches:

You must download and install all patches from your version to the new version (Ex SOTNW vers. 98637, download and install all patches till actually version)

Step 1: Copy all patches to your game directory
Step 2: Start the game launcher
Step 3: Wait it to finish updating
Step 4: Let´s play


Another Way:

Step 1: Create a folder
Step 2: Extract all patches you want on that folder(follow the patch names, Ex: First - Patch00001.zip, Second Patch000002.zip...)
Step 3: Copy all content inside the folder(not the folder itself) and paste on your Sword of The New World Directory
Step 4: Select to overwrite old files when asked to
Step 5: Open the file "updater.revision.xml"(game directory) blank it and put the number of the last patch you extracted on step 2
Step 6: Let's play :D

Note: To open the file "updater.revision.xml" use Notepad
Right Click > "Open With" > "Notepad".

You can use a download manager to help you, there are nice ones available for free, One that I prefer is FlashGet.
