Inherent Skill List
Inherent skills tend to be specific to a character. These skills can greatly aid as to what the character does best, or even defines the character's class (Healing, Concentration, Elemental Penetration...). Other skills complement the UPC's stances (Construction Removal), or are for crafting. Inherent skills improve every 5 levels and will be base maxed by level 45, capping at skill Level 10. Their levels however, can further be increased with the help of Rings.
Crafting skills tend to be different. These skills have no level by themselves, but rather, are dependent upon the character's level. For instance, in order for Andre to be able to craft an 84e recipe, he must be at least level 84. Note however, that some recipes have different level requirements from the level of the equipment that these recipes produce. For instance, though a 92e armor recipe produces 92e armor, the recipe can only be made by a level 100 Andre. More info on crafting here.
