Where can i get the Low-Guard sabre stance veteran? it is in the stances list but it's not anywhere, or is it a normal stance, not veteran?

you go to Bahama base camp. there is a guy there standing on a platform. in the SGE version he is named "scholar" not sure about SotNW. he will tell you some story and then you can buy the books from him when you talk to him again.
sorry i should have made a note at the bottom of the stances of where to get the new stances.
