Level requirement - 60

1. Talk to Gertrude. He will ask you to collect 40 Torsche's Diary from Haunted Books (lvl 59) at Dr. Torsche's Mansion.

Level requirement - 68

1. Talk to Gertrude again. This time, he wants you to collect 10 Joaquin Diaries. They can be gotten by talking to the statues/stone pillars found on all 5 levels of the Prison. Here are the locations:
2. 1st Level - I9, D5 & B8
3. 2nd Level - J11
4. 3rd Level - J5 & B9
   
5. 4th Level - A6 & B7
6. 5th Level - F3 & F10
7. [Rewards: 50,000 vis & 1x Lvl 90 (85,000 Exp) Card] *Note: Only one of the locations in brackets is correct. I'll edit this once I've solid confirmation*
8. Gertrude asks you to look for Brunie. Speak to her in Reboldeaux, she will ask for 5,000 vis from you. Then talk to Eusebio in Reboldeaux. You need to collect 20 Bulk of Gold, which can be gotten off mobs in Joaquin Prison.
9. Next, talk to Domingo.
10. Return to Gertrude to receive your Gertrude NPC Card.
